hexacopter control change by 45 degres in air

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i have few flights
till now everithink look line normal 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i have X hexa but sometimes my (copter dont rotate just control on my radio 
diferent ) front switch to left, so all setup is just change by 45degres, this 
happend in air..
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
APM 2.5 on 3.1.1

Please provide any additional information below.
i add tlog hope you can help me cause i rly dont know where is problem..
