M & E CCTV Operator Broken Currently #56

The M & E CCTV Operator Job is currently broken, the radio is set to 0.0 which screws up the comms, and when set to 200.0 it doesn't work. As well as the guns are gone from the job (guessing due to the weapon pack switch).
