Adding tests to remove-freesurfer branch #26

Added tests to remove-freesurfer branch:

Tests currently still require local data
Tests currently still require a local FreeSurfer installation

Both issues will be addressed in further commits to the remove-freesurfer branch. The add-tests branch should still be kept, since merges with other current branches may be desired, too.
