Cue library dropdown button renders poorly in Windows #100

Describe the bug It seems the font used to render buttons in Windows doesn’t have the character I use to draw the downwards-pointing triangle in the Cue Library button, so you get the missing character rectangle. Ugh.

I just checked on the Pi, and this is purely a Windows problem. Sigh!
