Fixup docs on start-playing and stop-playing #6

I found that the actual implementation expects a time argument. This edit to the README makes this more clear hopefully.

Whoops, I had to make one small change to each entry after merging this, because the new documentation also said that the commands expected a beat number, when they only expect the timestamp. Thanks for catching and submitting this though!
