doc: Fix wrong string type in analysis files path sections #20

This is actually an UTF16-BE string, not a DeviceSQL string.

I had to manually trigger a redeploy of the Netlify site, since it is the dysentery repository which automatically triggers builds, not Crate Digger. Anyway, if you refresh the page your change should show up in the live documentation site now.
