Our guidance for shading a piece of text within a larger block starts off with using Surround with PH.

But, at the user PC he wasn't offered that option. The target text was a word within a larger block of text within a table cell.
So, I had to do surround with and enter PH. But, once I had done that, when that block was selected I was offered Surround with PH.
