Prevent table row having red footer line with `colorRed` class #115

We have some CSS classes defined that are used to shade text in a particular color.

An author wishes to shade all of the contents of a table row in red, so he tried applying the outputClass to the row.

When he did this, the footer line for that row was in red in the published version. image

Change the CSS style so border remain black.
