Introduce image elements in propulsion/remarks blocks #29

The mock data includes some images in the propulsion text block (or maybe remarks).

Copy these images into the mock dita dataset. Keep the filename. Put it into france/images/xxx.png (or equivalent). Declare it as a DITA image using the DITA standard practice(s).
