To publish our data, we first create a scenario, then we select a template.
We've incorporated the template, but we aren't persisting the scenario, which I expect us to configure.
So, I want to move the scenario into the repo, reference that as the default export for regions.ditamap, and then use the template in our folder.
Where we are creating new elements, I'd like to use the FieldMan title. So, the scenario will be something like FieldMan WebHelp Scenario, and the template FieldMan WebHelp Template
