In-page nav bar links to external content #58

In some cases, the analysts have produced content that doesn't fit directly into the current model. Or, they know so much about one section that they put it into a separate document.

When this happens, they currently put a link to the reference document into the in-page navigation bar.

I guess this is a bit like Related Links references.

In "Phase-1" we'll just support Related Links, with Related Links being shown in the local TofC (if present). In a future phase we'll modify the export to include each related links as a new item in the Local Table of Contents.

aah, I didnt mean external content, I just meant content on pages that weren't on standard class pages

Is it a text or a dita file? could you please provide sample format

I´m just referring to the French Power Units file.
