Feature - Logo in header #90

The corporate logo should be at the top-left of the header bar.

Clicking it should take the user to the index.html page.

It should be possible to provide this in the Customise Transform dialog.

I'll have to fish around to find a representative image, but any placeholder that works against a dark background will do.
