In #97 we're providing a number of properties.
It would be neater to provide these properties in a properties file.
Having them in a properties file is _betterengineering than having them in our python code.
This outcome of this issue is a command to run dita-publish to html5, specifying a properties file.
The properties file can be attached to this issue.
Ideally, a screenshot of the command working on the command line would be useful assurance too.
It looks-like this is how to do it.
