Introduce separate CSS file #99

We are currently including our custom CSS mods within the oxygen.css file.

Eventually we may choose to move our CSS declarations to a dedicated f13ldman.css file, and include that in the export process.

In choosing your approach, could you try to "go with the flow" for how the Oxygen Scenario expects it to be provided please?

Absolutely, I will manage it in the project file, and introduce the new CSS file.
