It would be useful to know how long phase-1, phase-2, and dita-publish take.
Could we output the time taken at the end of each phase, plus a summary of all timings at the end please?
(it would be useful to have it at the end of each phase in case the process doesn't complete. An unexpected change in time taken may be indicative of some issue)
