Convert two AVI files - MOVE FILE TO DON-B #456

There are two AVI files. These run under IE, but not modern browsers.

Put VLC on target system and convert them to MP4.

These have currently been commented out. Once we have animated gifs, include code to display the animated gif, and check its get converted to DITA.

One file converted, still have to do another.
