Tidy Vanes & Cranes #507

The content of vanes & cranes is struggling because of the number of floating elements.

Plus, we're only converting the second table.

See if/how we can tidy up the content.

This seems to be working ok now - the presence of a blacklisted image was preventing a block from being processed.
