One image table has a link to a reference table.
We do really special processing for image table documents. “If” we handle related links, include this link as a related link.
Otherwise, I guess we have to introduce a new element with a specific ID, and create enterBtns for items in that element.

Update: I've modified Britain1.html to include a link after the table in the ImageLinksTable block.

We can probably re-use the code we used in #623 to capture this link in the DITA content.
Solved. For that image page, I added a Quick-Link, which generates a quick-link in the published content.
