A page describing an installation has a text link to a gram.
That gram is on a pics page, alongside other grams. It's the first gram on the page, so an anchor isn't provided. When the page opens, since the first image isn't shown, the user attention is on the next image - which doesn't match what was described.
This appeared to the user that the link was to the wrong image, but that's not the case.
Oh, and the only caption on the images page was for the missing image.
@IanMayo to reproduce the content, it looks like the file contains some patterns that would be good to handle.
Update: content updated, sample now in develop: Spain.Legacy\sp_charlie_pics.html. This has these short-comings:
The first picture is missing - have fixed this, by making it ignore Click on the pic captions.
The first two captions are missing.
Significantly, this is an example of a pics file where the captions come immediately before the image:
