Read compass control from UI definition #80

I've inserted a Compass widget into the UI definition file here: https://github.com/DeepBlueCLtd/narr-next/pull/79/commits/a6933526df0a91b431baabc8321a85387e1d0175

We should create a compass widget in response to this definition, rather than hard-coding it.
