Cleans up some of the proto headers, updates all the licenses to point to ./LICENSE.md, does some formatting, and moves all protos to protos/deepbluesim.
Resolves #83.
Note: Originally, I was running into a bug where if you switched the motor type in one of the example worlds, and switched it back to MiniCIM, Webots would segfault. That appears to have been fixed by reinstalling Webots. (Fwiw, I could not reproduce this on a Linux install of develop or R2023b.)
