Victor SP motor controllers on robot do not match with code #68

I took out 3 out of 5 of the motor controllers to save weight on our robot, so we have to change the ports in the code both for the PWM inputs and the PDP channels.

Fixed with #71. Changes are the same on both robots, we are good!
