Intake ll fixes #87

Two other tasks:

  1. it would be nice if you get rid of unused commands, like AimArmSpeaker.java and rename used commands like AimArmSpeakerMT2 to AimArmSpeaker.java
  2. Make the PID constants and tolerances in AlignToAprilTagMegatag2 configurable via SmartDashboard. We might tune those values today
