dbc用户密码自行设定

The add_dbc_user.sh file cannot be downloaded, and is actively hamstringing adoption of DBC for those attempting to set up compute nodes. Issue is urgent and needs to be addressed immediately. @deepbraindeveloper @ytvchsy

seem to suffice in lieu of the absence of the ip address in the instructions being reachable
