- Added dev tools mypy, flake8, black, isort with Makefile commands
- Fix bug when pdb file with __ exist somewhere within the cwd tree.
- Made basic bba-keras-cvae test case faster to run.
- Add contributing notes
- Update README with license and contributing instructions.
Make code compatible with mypy.
