DesiMock class #28

Dear Professor Prochaska, We defined a class named DesiMock to load all spectra from a fits file, and build the function read_sightline to get the content of spectra from the DesiMock .Besides, we update the class Sightline to match the DESI mock spectrum.

Please generate a simple Notebook showing the usage of this code. Make a new folder desi/nb/ and put it in there.

Have the Notebook plot a Sightline with a DLA.
