Some troubleshooting notes. Would be best if just put in the wiki, probably... #6

It is hard to make pull requests to the wiki, so just submitting a couple of points that weren't already clear in the documentation for getting started.

Actually, these notes are insufficient and sort of incorrect. The right thing to do would be to make sure people know to source the configure script, etc.
