Small changes

[Temigo]

• Fix loss in node_kinematics that got corrupted somehow (?)
• Include changes from Francois to do deghosting with doublets (parse_sparse3d_ghost)
• Script to check validity of dataset samples
• Postprocessing metric for doublets deghosting performance

Note: This does not include yet the changes to do charge rescaling with doublets.
