Incomplete attempt at interfacing with CRT-TPC matching. The matcha config parameters are now stored in a separate config file, but apparently those parameters are not being passed correctly. Other than that, this should roughly follow the flash matching interface:
Decorated post processor is stored in analysis/post_processing/crt/crt_tpc_matching.py, with the Manager/Interface classes also in that directory.
