Reference to analysis/algorithms/selection.py should be replaced with analysis/run.py
Add instruction to import new analysis scripts in analysis/algorithms/selections/__init.py__
from analysis.classes.particle import match seems to have been superseded by FullChainEvaluator.match_particles().
Related to above, it seems like lines such as pred_particles, true_particles = pred_int.particles, true_int.particles are no longer necessary (although might still be instructive to include somehow)
