I'll try adding more texts and the story lines this evening

I added most of what I wanted. One more thing I want is a "neutrino oscillation for dummies" section, but probably at the end like an appendix because it would have to assume at least an intro quantum mechanics (which some summer students might not have taken).

I left all under-development sections from the previous revision at the end @Temigo. I am not sure if you would like to expand further or not. If you think they can be skipped, maybe we can remove them for now?
