删除了可能不再需要的 DIPU_ROOT 等环境变量，目前搜索了一下只有 DeepLinkExt 还在用这个，但那边应该不会使用 ci 的环境

另外为 @Wrench-Git 添加了一个样例，可以这样构建：

srun ...... bash scripts/ci/nv/ci_nv_script.sh build_dipu_dev -DDIOPI_TORCH_UNSAFE_BUILDATEN=ON
