Added DeepSpeech2 benchmark for Torch #3

Hey, still some work can be done such as simplifying the main benchmark code and also finalising the dataset for DeepSpeech2 benchmarks. Some of these modules may be worth sitting elsewhere for others to use. Let me know of any issues or feedback!
