Dario is developing CNNs using pilot dataset of pMHC-II.

I have done it for the 0 and 1 step, I am waiting for Daniil's code to be merged to continue with the other steps.

Found, it's in add_mhcii_pilot_scripts branch. I'll label the issue as blocked by #44

I have implemented all my code, now I am still working on fixing small issues here and there, but this issue can be closed.
