We need a better representation of the crystal and the two types of interface for figure 2. Maybe a schematic of crystal versus biological would be good since we targeting a broad audience journal. We can also add the protein of both interface. We also need the results as confusion matrix/bar plots etc ...

For Fig. 2D Bar chart:

1. Could we use something suggested by Sonja (i.e., no axis and only numbers on top of the bars): https://towardsdatascience.com/anything-but-bars-the-10-best-alternatives-to-bar-graphs-fecb2aaee53a

2. Could we use a heavier color? It seems too light now.
