Inter-subject image registration

Hi there, I'd like to create a template of ~30 CT's of the head. Could you please let me know if there is a script/tutorial that I can use that will walk me through how to register all 30 images and create the template?

Finally, I would like to segment the template. Then, I would register a new CT to the template and transfer the segmentation to the new CT.

I very much appreciate your help!
