Where can I find the COMP 1991 related documents? #34

For COMP as first or second major students under SENG All documents could be found at e-advising system. Students who fall within this category should not download the forms below as it is slightly different with the forms at the e-advising system.

For non-COMP BDT minor or non-SENG COMP as second major students Students may download the COMP 1991 related forms below and should also note that except for the supervisor feedback form, all other documents should be typed and not hand-written:
