The coordinate system (Origin) is always being marked as visible when I save my project. There is any chance to avoid that? It is kinda annoying to see some settings like this being changed randomly.

part-o-magic automates showing/hiding origin as containers are activated and deactivated. It is not possible to turn it off at the moment.
