Add a "Help" to the right of the Settings, or ability to add more than one link to hexo-bridge menu

Thinking of when someone needs help who is non-technical.

Ideally, this would be a page that is editable and can have links to hexo documentation, hexo github, hexo-bridge github.

If can config these in hexo-bridge, would be fine!

Not sure howto do, but thinking thru what I can see our team needing :)
