Can't show the central position of cells by following the notebook "Cell_Localization" #117

As I follow the notebook "Cell_Localization" which is in the tutorial, I find I could not generate and show the centroid. It is empty, which should have values. WhatsApp Image 2024-06-24 at 2 37 57 PM
