Update config.yaml #168

Changed the trigger in the .bbx/config.yaml to manual to stop it triggering automatically and overwhelming the ee-kraken server (as all the branches are currently triggering workflows).

Also changed the image to the dockerhub one, since the ee-kraken registry no longer exists - ee-kraken has limited disk space on its root directory and is unable to run a local docker registry server.

This change will need to be merged into all branches to prevent them from triggering jobs to run on ee-kraken.
