The requirement list does not mention anything about the item

10-32 x 1 inch length ¼ OD standoff.

I ordered the items as listed and now this looks like a new item. I am stuck on Step 1 now.

Is that line item 6 under "Hardware" in the "Additional Optional Materials to Build Assistant Mocktails Mixer" of the BOM?

Shouldnt this be added to mandatory list. This isnt additional item since it is needed to make sure the bottle stands properly.
