Updated PCB layout

my pcb is missing the LED because I can't find an eagle file for it online or a part number in Matt's tables :(

Schematic- connections are fine. PCB-routeing under/through parts should be avoided (esp. if we are in house manufacturing) You don't have a polygon pour-this would make your life a lot easier with the routing.
