All Linux devices

Describe the bug

FileNotFoundError emitted when /sys/class/video4linux/ does not exist due to the driver not being loaded

To Reproduce

  1. Restart PC
  2. Do not have any devices plugged in
  3. Start DWE OS 2.0
  4. Check logs

Expected behavior

Do not emit error
