Tweaked the ‹, ›, «, and » characters in ascii_thick.png and ascii_thick_inverted.png to match ascii_thick_italic.png and ascii_thick_italic_inverted.png: for some reason, they were still using the thin versions from GB Studio's default ascii.png.
Added ¼, ½, and ¾ characters to all "ascii_thick" fonts.
Also to all "ascii_thick" fonts added a shorter "hyphen"/"dash" character where Windows-1252/CP-1252 typically has the "Soft Hyphen" character. The Soft Hyphen will probably never be implemented in GB Studio the same way as in modern computer, but it gives another style of hyphen character for people to use if they want. :)
