Add option to show the Uber percentage number on the progress bar? - Feature Request #2

I know the percentage number is on the right side of the bar, but could you add a toggle in the customization menu to also show the number on the progress bar if it's alright with you? My eyes usually see the progress bar at a glance so it would really help knowing the exact number on the bar. Maybe like using inverted color on the text so when the bar is empty the text is orange, and when the bar is getting filled the text overlapping the bar is black, or anything you come up with. Thanks!

Hey so I made some slight changes for the meter placement. I resized and moved the meter to under the crosshair so it's easier to keep track of the uber and the surrounding instead of having to glance down once a while. Here's what it looks like:

Any chance this could be made as a toggleable option in the customization menu? I could give you the edited value of the hudlayout.res and the hudmediccharge.res. I commented the original value so it's easy to find what changed, just search for '//'
