Added Czech translation #21

Sorry for the delay, here's another translation.

Before you render it, please check P06. The 6th and 8th (last) letter in the growth SFX in the lower left corner of the whole page seem to have thinner outline on my computer than the rest and I don't know how to fix it. English version (which I've used as a base) has the same problem but only with the last letter (both SVG and rendered version on official website). I've messed up the outline of the 6th letter myself when I decreased its font size a little.
