When add or edit wireguard tunnel I got red message say "expect number, received string" in persistent keep alive input #314

just as in title, I got the message even when I try to delete 2 or 5 from 25(default value) that already there, maybe something wrong when checking input value or something. I just want to try an alternative client and found defguard today, other than this issue the connection seem to work fine. thanks for the work.

windows 10 and 11 version 0.4.0
