If the proxy is misconfigured - provide error messages #353

If for example there is a default value DEFGUARD_ENROLLMENT_URL - the client tries to connect to that URL and:

remote sync / update doesn't work
MFA doesn't work

We have connection errors in logs - but, since communication with proxy is critical - we need to detect connection errors and inform the user - toast?
