Describe the bug Max password size checked during login, but not on password change

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to defguard ui
2. Login
3. Go to users tab
4. Change your password to einah7ooxaFei2ieGhai2ophaemooche1-
5. Log out and try to log in again

Expected behavior I expected to have successful login

• Defguard Core version: v0.9.0
• Operating system and version running the gateway: Kubernetes, official helm chart
• Your browser and version firefox 101
